Post-Pandemic, the marketing team at PBMares experienced some turnover, with increased production goals. Social Sipper was hired as the Fractional Marketing Team to develop marketing strategies and deploy content and media across multiple digital and traditional channels.

 

Challenges

The PBMares marketing team was tasked with internal initiatives that distracted them from increasing new business and elevating their brand.

  • Identify targets for the various service lines, each having its own unique voice, conversion metrics, and messaging
  • Create concepts for content in all service line campaigns
  • Provide monthly content schedules, per service line, for the website, social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, press releases, and traditional media
  • Produce digital campaigns for every channel (Google Ad Words, Facebook Organic & Paid, LinkedIn Organic & Paid, Programmatic)
  • Work with vendors to negotiate discounted media rates for print placement across five states
  • Provide monthly reporting to make informed decisions for future marketing
