Project Details

MJ’s Tavern is a local restaurant and bar in Norfolk, VA. At night, the restaurant turns into an LGBTQ nightspot. The owners of MJ’s wanted to expand beyond their night-time bar business and attract customers for their high-quality food at great prices.

We started the project by photographing all of their items from the menu. These photos were used on the website that we developed and promoted on social media. Their website was completely rewritten and designed to be mobile responsive and focus on the food and the community that MJ’s serves.
